Amazing service and even better pricing they were able to hook it up with tint all around my car and not your average tint, SEBASTIAN'S getting me the ceramic heat reduction tint and the difference is ridiculous! All this plus the removal of my old tint for under 350! Believe me when I say this the price is beyond fair for the service and quality im going in tomorrow to get my tint done, will post update!

Awesome service, the guy at the front desk was super nice and seemed like he knew everything. The whole service took about 1.2 hours. Price was under $450 for the whole car.

UPDATED REVIEW — Even Worse Customer Service After Speaking With Regional Manager I originally left this review because I felt hustled. I called ahead and was quoted approximately $160 for a window tint package covering all windows and a glare strip. Upon arrival, I learned my four side windows already had 5% tint. I also had a bubble in one window, but was quoted an additional $125 to replace it. I proceeded with just the rear window and glare strip, only to discover AFTER the work was completed that I owed $152.43 — nearly the same price as the entire package! This pricing was never disclosed beforehand. After my review, the Regional Manager called, supposedly to understand my concerns. Instead, he became defensive, blamed me, and even brought up surveillance footage of me playing with a golf club and ball in their waiting area, suggesting that because I appeared happy, I couldn’t have been dissatisfied! Seriously? What does enjoying myself while waiting have to do with pricing transparency? He then argued that I should have spoken up or declined the service. How could I dispute a price I wasn’t told until AFTER the work was completed? Rather than addressing my concerns, he continued making excuses and ultimately HUNG UP ON ME. Now the company has publicly responded, emphasizing that I paid $152.43 instead of $160, completely missing the point. This was never about $7.57. It was about honest communication, transparent pricing, and basic customer service. I left disappointed with the service. After speaking with their Regional Manager, I’m even more disappointed. I would not recommend this business.

After seeing your review, our Regional Manager personally contacted you to better understand your concerns, and we have also reviewed the details of your visit and transaction. We do want to clarify a few points for anyone reading this review. You were not charged for a full-vehicle tint package while only receiving one window and a glare strip. Your final order totaled $152.43 including tax and consisted specifically of rear-window tint and a windshield glare strip, which were the services performed on your vehicle. During the vehicle evaluation, it was determined that your side windows already had existing 5% tint. You also asked about addressing an existing issue with the tint on one of those windows. Replacing existing tint on an individual window is a separate service and is not interchangeable with another service simply because portions of a promotional package are not needed. Our package pricing and individual-service pricing are established accordingly. We certainly understand that you expected the pricing to work differently, and we apologize if that structure was not communicated as clearly as it could have been. However, we respectfully disagree with the characterization that you were “hustled.” Our team performed the services reflected on your final order at the established pricing, and our Regional Manager personally followed up afterward in an effort to address your concerns. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working with our team to make sure pricing and package limitations are communicated as clearly as possible. Regards, Turbo Tint Management
