This company is amazing. They make you feel like you are a customer and give you a great experience. Always kind and will not make excuses. They don’t just come and look at your lawn and just fertilize . They will look and tell you what you need and create a plan. Highly recommend

We are long term customers and really appreciate the services provided. Each person we have met or spoken with are truly engaged in helping us have a great looking lawn. We get a lot of compliments about our lawn and Turf Unlimited is a big reason why.

They are very responsible and show up when they say they’re coming on the date they commit to. Technician is very good and tries to spray all the weeds when spreading the fertilizer and if not, they get them on the next visit. Recommend

After being a paying customer for many years, and someone who has tolerated their constant price increases, I canceled today after a complication that couldn't be resolved.
I renewed my service this year under the condition that I would only receive fertilizer treatments and nothing else. An automated phone call provided notice of an upcoming treatment, but didn't specify what was being done. After I got the invoice, I notice grub preventative was applied, which I didn't want.
Instead of refunding me for the service or applying it to a future fertilizer treatment, I was told there's nothing they can do.
I'm not a business person, but losing a customer of many years who has already spent over $1k in treatments over $124.03 grub preventative isn't best practice.
I've been converted from a promoter to a detractor and will be switching my lawn service care to another local company.

We understand your frustration regarding the increase in pricing. We have seen a significant increase in the cost of raw goods since 2020. Our goal is always to keep pricing as competitive as possible for the consumer.
We are also sorry to hear we did not meet your expectations for servicing your property this season. We show your renewal and confirmation were processed in February for the same services as the previous year. The treatments are noted; they may need to be skipped if the lawn gets too dry.
