Erik came on two separate occasions and patiently worked to install my new doorbell camera. There were a bunch of setup issues along the way, but he worked them out. I'm really happy with the results. He's very friendly and I highly recommend him. Thanks Erik.
Timely and courteous, job done well
Erik was brought out to our company to identify a speaker/music issue. He worked with us for a couple of hours and identified the problem and explained everything! He was a good sport to put up with us, too. I enjoyed his expertise in the matter and appreciated him helping us out with the fix! Will be calling them in the future.
