Was looking for straightforward winterization for my new home's pool. After providing clear photos and info about the pool, I received a reasonable quote from Alyssa, with a hourly rate and likely number of hours. I scheduled the appointment, but also asked for their written quote in advance. When I received it the day before our appt, it was for double the price, as the hourly rate was apparently per person and apparently they were sending 2 people. This was the first time this was explained that it was hourly per person, so I had been getting a misleading quote, despite recapping my total price expectation based on hourly rate x # of hours. Scammy! I cancelled the appointment and went with another company that did a flat $500 winterization without shenanigans. I never received an apology or explanation from them for their games and wasting my time, whether it was intentional or just sloppy.

I called Turnbull because I bought a used hottub and needed to see if it was actually operational before I set it in place on my patio. They checked it out thoroughly even though it was not yet connected to power or water. I was advised what I needed to do to check it for leaks etc after I started running it and also exactly where to get parts if needed. That's exactly what I needed and I will absolutely call them again if I need more service. Thank you, Turnbull!
