Richard was awesome, he explained everything he was doing and how it affected the pests. He was a wealth of knowledge and gave me some good historics of the pests in the region and what to expect to be able to discern from normal to abnormal.

The team did an amazing job. I received notification 24 hours before the service that a technician will be visiting the home. On the day of service the technician called to let me know he is in route and ask if I had any pest concerned that he should focus on.
