i went to this practice as i was referred and was told that these doctors are great. what an actual joke, the doctor did not listen to anything i said and disregarded all my concerns not being able to afford my medication. instead they suggested asinine treatments which are not covered by any insurance. this place does NOT care about you. they just want your money. DO NOT GO HERE AND WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. SCAM!!!!

Been with this practice for one week after switching from a practice that was completely unhelpful. Everyone I have encountered, from the front desk to the doctors and therapists have done an amazing job creating a safe space for me. I would highly recommend. Update: complete 180. Would NOT recommend!!

I was referred to Turnwell Mental Health by a friend who highly recommended Dr Reyes, prompting me to make an appointment with Turnwell Mental Health clinic in Alpharetta to see him. I came to see Dr Reyes with the most complex situation I have ever had in my life and he helped me get it together unifying scientific knowledge in a way I could understand and recommended the best medication and TMS based on my needs. After a few visits with him and what he said to me, I didn’t even feel I needed therapy which he strongly recommended I needed, regardless. But he said things to me that changed my perspective.
Basically , he summarized and connected issues I had with previous trauma I didn’t know was having a negative effect on my life and the choices I was making. Needless to say, his personable , down to earth approach , paired with a clear explanation of what was happening to me , and what to expect and not expect from medications got me to where I needed to be and changed my entire frame of mind, teaching me how to live a better life.

I’ve lived with depression my whole life. After I hit rock bottom in 2024 I stopped going out, and cried alllll the time for no reason. Thinking I’d tried almost every antidepressant, it was suggested that I try ketamine therapy. I found Dr. Perviz and Turnwell Mental Health during a provider search. Instead of trying more meds, she had me discontinue meds a previous psychiatrist had over-prescribed. She also worked quickly to get me approved for ketamine treatments. I was skeptical, but after a month of treatment I started feeling like a new person. No more anxiety about leaving the house, and no more random crying. By no means is it a “fix-all” treatment, but it has gotten me feeling better emotionally than I ever have.

I’ve been coming here since May 2025. Absolutely cannot recommend enough praise for Dr. Reyes and Autumn. The staff is welcoming and heartfelt. 10/10 recommend for all your mental health needs!
