Tustana has consistently provided excellent care to our Labradoodle from 5 months old until today at almost 15 years old. Their treatments and suggestions have kept him a happy dog.

Staff is very rude! I had two separate visits for 6 puppies Dr. Jackson kept getting the puppies names mixed up even though two visits were separate made false statements on their records, during the first visit they sent me home with medication they didn't give instructions on I was supposed to store it in the fridge ,but I didn't have time to read paperwork or the medication bottle ,I had my hands full carrying 3 pups in a carrier my son helped held the medication so when we got home to pick up the other 3 pups ,I told my son leave it on my countertop, left in a rush to make it to the second visit as you can see I did two trips so I didn't have time to read the paperwork or instructions on medication bottle they didn't take accountability for not giving instructions and I had to repurchase the medication I was disappointed and I only told they lady in the front desk it wasn't cool at all that they let me go without instructions, she rolled her eyes because she didn't like the fact I called them out on what they had done wrong ,she kept talking over me wouldn't let me explain anything kept raising her voice April was her name the lady in the front desk,she also said I was no longer welcome there. I didn't cause any trouble I was only trying to get them to fix what they had done wrong but refused,they also left me talking on the phone hung up on me. They said I was causing drama very unprofessional!
Stephany, we regret that your visits didn't meet expectations. We thought by giving you family discounts (since your sister-in-law works here) and treating your Parvo puppy at cost exceeded expectations. We wish you all the luck in your future veterinary care.
They are so patient and caring! My pup is very fearful of new people, yet Dr. Brown went very slow and made sure that Zoe trusted her. The level of care is the best!
