Tyson showed up right in time. After I showed him the laundry room, he was up on the roof and working to clear out the dryer ducting. He spent a good 45 minutes cleaning the duct. I was super pleased with his effort and final results. Give them a call, you won’t be disappointed!
Twist and Turn is excellent. Have had them clean our vent a few times over the years and most recently had them out to repair it. Jeremiah is a pleasure to work with.
Service technicians were great, but giving 2 stars because pricing changed because they said I have a turbo vent to be cleaned, but nothing was mentioned on booking call or their website indicating their could be additional charges. I think adding $150 to a $300 cleaning is overboard and will use someone else.
Thank you for leaving us a review and we are sorry the unexpected cost hurt your experience with us. We understand that can be frustrating. We do have a section asking about booster fans and stating the additional charges on the intake form for our online booking and in our call scripts for schedule coordinators, which use the same intake forms as our online booking has. I believe in this case though, we failed to follow that script exactly when booking over the phone and did not inquire about it with you. We apologize for that and will increase our diligence to asking that question. Booster fans are not extremely common on most dryer vent systems in the area but cleaning and servicing them properly does require extra time, often involves attic work and involves servicing another piece of equipment separate from the dryer. Because of that we do charge to clean and service booster fans and if they are present in the system then they must be cleaned and operating properly in order for the dryer to perform effectively. We think this is a reasonable policy and we have tried to set our price for the work at a reasonable cost as well but we realize that price is subjective and not everyone will feel the same way.
Jeremiah is Mr. Friendly and informative. Super nice and knowledgeable. We’ve had an issue with the dryer filter not seating properly for years. We had a dryer repair guy come out and look it over and say he couldn’t figure out why it didn’t seat right. The reason turned out to be simply lint under the filter assembly which Jeremiah knew it was immediately and it’s now as smooth a fit as new. Our dryer started sending the error code for restricted airflow and our vent goes to the roof and I didn’t want to tackle that so we scheduled with Twist & Turn. Easy to schedule. They kept us informed on times. They were early and asked if ok to come sooner. Super thorough. Explained everything very fully and cleaned up after themselves really well. Left it better than they found it. Everything works great. I now understand why they have a 5 star rating. It’s impossible to find anything wrong with their service. Definitely use these guys.
Thank you so much Bruce! We appreciate you using our service and taking the time to leave us a review.
Our tech was awesome! He did a fantastic job very quickly.
Thank you!
After smelling burnt hair from my dryer I opened it up to see the top layer of the bottom of the dryer black from burning. I had tried cleaning the vent multiple times with little success. I called TNT. Best money I have ever spent. The amount of lint he removed was shocking. 19 years worth. My dryer now works!! He was able to navigate 3 90 degree turns and about 35 feet of pipe. Very professional and friendly. Will definitely use again.
Thank you Carl for taking the time to leave us a review! We appreciate your business!
Very knowledgeable; great job; will use again!
Thank you!
I considered cleaning my dryer vent myself, but luckily, I thought better of it. I contacted Twist and Turn Dryer Vent Cleaning and received first-rate service. The Tech was more than thorough and exceeded my expectations. I had no idea what was involved in "dryer vent cleaning". He not only cleaned the interior and under the dryer, but also the vent from inside the house up and from the roof down. All the while, he had a shop vac humming, sucking up all the built-up lint. Thank you for showing that pride in service is still available.
Thank you!
Job became a little more complicated than the standard cleaning but Tyson went above and beyond to take care of everything professionally and got the vent up to my roof repaired.
Thank you Justin!
TNT is great! Super knowledgeable and professional. 10/10 would use them again - I wouldn’t hire anyone else.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review Ted!
