Two Chicks & a Rooster Catering & BBQ

Our experience with two chicks and a rooster was a disappointment to say the least. Leading up to the day the owner was very attentive and organized. She was the last vendor we thought we’d have an issue with but day of she sent her less equipped associates to our event and they were not fully prepared and should have been supervised. The food was mediocre and the presentation was poor. I learned that they used Costco meatballs which is unacceptable for the price we paid. In addition one of the tables was not set up properly leading it to collapse while my guests were getting food. It caused a fire to start at our venue and a significant amount of food was wasted. As a result we ran out of food and some guests were unable to eat even after waiting for the clean up. She was completely unapologetic afterward and tried to blame the venue for her staff’s performance. She underestimated the amount of food lost and initially refused a refund. Eventually she offered us $131 which was insulting when compared to the impact to our event, the amount of food we lost and what we had paid for this service. But mostly her unapologetic attitude toward her poor showing and how it impacted our day was disappointing.

Vicki catered our baby shower event. The presentation was beautiful and the best part was I didn't have to worry about anything foodwise, Vicki handled it all! We also had a few grandmas that brought some homemade treats. Vicki and her assistant helped set those out for guests as well.

Vicki and her team were wonderful to work with. They helped us customize our menu, and the food was beautifully presented. They were kind, professional and very accommodating through the entire process. I would definitely use Vicki and her team again and would highly recommend them.

We hired Two Chicks & a Rooster to cater our wedding over Labor Day weekend. From the very beginning, Vicki was so accommodating and helpful. She offered us a tasting at their kitchen so we could enjoy the amazing food that led us to hire them. She helped us create a delicious menu that fit our budget and dietary needs. Leading up to the event, TCR was very responsive and communicative with us and our other vendors. On our wedding day, the TCR staff onsite were super friendly and professional, which helped our guest feel welcome and everything run smoothly. Their setup was cute and elegant and matched our theme. Shout outs to the onsite crew - Dani, Heather, Tyler, Anthony, and Nick who all did an awesome job! The food was great all around, our favorites were the mac n cheese and our customized dessert treat table. Oh and the cake balls were AMAZING! They even gave us a custom cutting board as a keepsake ❤️ We highly recommend TCR to cater your event!

We had catering provided and I worked with Vicki. Everything was amazing. Many in our group asked who the caterer was so they could use them in the future. The brisket was moist and the BBQ chicken and macaroni were a hit. Thank you for making our event fabulous! I highly recommend Two Chicks and a Rooster!!!

Two Chicks & A Rooster did a fantastic job catering my event for about 45 people. We ordered the baked potato bar and they provided all the fixings including specialty items for my vegan guests and guests with food allergies. They also made delicious pies for dessert! They have reasonable prices and great communication and coordination before the event. I couldn't recommend them strongly enough!

Two Chicks Catering catered a work lunch/bbq for us today and all of the food was amazing (especially the brisket + broccoli salad). They were very courteous and friendly as well.

We had Two Chicks and a Rooster cater our wedding and it was a great experience! Vicki was always available to answer my questions and help us create our menu! The staff we had on the day of were amazing and were always checking in on us! They even packed us some leftovers since we were not able to eat much and it was so nice having that the next day! The food was delicious and we couldn't be more happy!

Delicious food and amazing service every step of the way! Vicki was a pleasure to work with throughout - very responsive and helped us craft our ideal wedding reception menu. She communicated seamlessly with our venue to make sure everything was executed perfectly on the day, and their team did a great job with our event. We are still savoring our leftovers :)
