Review from Google · view on GoogleI had them scheduled to come to my house on a Friday to do ceramic coating. The cost was $500. I took the day off from work to schedule it and then I also confirmed the day before and everything was ago. Come that Friday they never showed and never called. I had to call them. They explained to me that he had trouble with his car/van whatever it was and he would keep me posted. And now 3 hours had gone by and explain to me that their car needed more than just a battery. Honestly, that really wasn’t any of my concerns since I’m a customer. I was trying to find out if they were gonna still come to detail my car. He asked me if we could do it tomorrow and I said no because I had to go to work. I had took this day off for this to be done. After that I never heard from him again he never made any. Effort to reach out to me I guess he didn’t need the $500 and and from what I now read online, he has a tendency to do this by never showing for people. It’s very disappointing.
