I have used Two Men and A Truck several times and each team has been exceptional. Very consistent and compassionate service from the office staff to the movers. Great people!! I highly recommend them!
Team did a great job moving.
Raven "Ring Leader" was excellent precise made sure the crew did everything right. Eric "Mighty Mouse" as the crew called him was worth his weight in gold even after rolling his ankle coming off the ramp. "Scissorhands" Carson put forth great effort. "Too many moves" Tyler came up with creative ways to move difficult pieces in tough circumstances. All on all these guys hustled even in the late hours of a very long difficult day that included 450 boxes up and down stairs. Hats off to this crew!! They were great!!

Two Men and a Truck was great! This was the first time we had hired movers and they were very professional and helpful with getting everything done. They were very transparent during the process as well.

I can tell you from 2 scheduled trips that THESE 4 MEN ARE EXCEPTIONAL ...Two men for each trip. I should have a picture of the 2 guys - Luke and Devon - that moved a 52 year old China Cabinet having a glass front with a center door. They shrink wrapped all around the glass! With impeccable care, this was very carefully moved and placed in Linda's daughter's home. My gratitude for a job so well done leaves me wanting more acronyms of Thanksgiving. The 2nd Move was just as carefully moved to my wife's Apartment in Assisted Living. Kolby and Keenan worked through a precarious problem to unlatch the back of a 3-seat sofa. THEY NEVER GAVE UP. Kolby and Keenan discovered that each Seat Section has its own latching mechanism. They even found that the 4 glass door bookshelf was undeliverable because the base was rotted out from our 4 cats that passed within the last two years...their "mark" was a final epitaph! DO give their Westerville location HQ a call for your next move. Trust them to deliver with CONFIDENCE in EVERY MOVE.
Wow....Thank you, Keith, for sharing your wonderful experience with our team. We're glad to hear that Luke, Devon, Kolby, and Keenan provided exceptional service during your moves. Your detailed feedback is greatly appreciated, and we'll be sure to pass along your kind words to them.
My experience with Two Men and a Truck was incredibly frustrating. I moved from Columbus, Ohio, to Chicago, Illinois, and my $3,000 desktop computer went missing during the move. The Columbus location confirmed in writing that it was loaded into the shipping crate, yet the Chicago location says it never arrived. The conflicting stories are extremely concerning, and neither location has taken meaningful responsibility for figuring out what happened. I’ve had to chase them for answers, and no one has proactively offered to help resolve the situation or discuss compensation. Instead, I was essentially told they couldn’t find my computer and that I should file a police report. It’s unacceptable to pay for a professional moving service and then be left on your own to deal with missing property while two locations point fingers at each other. I expected much better, and based on how this has been handled, I would not use this company ever again. I wouldn't trust them with any of your belongings.
We sincerely apologize for the frustration and concern this situation has caused. We understand how upsetting it is to have a valuable item go missing during a move, especially when you have received conflicting information and have had to follow up repeatedly for answers. This is not the experience we want any customer to have. We take your concerns seriously and recognize the importance of clear communication, accountability, and a thorough review when an issue like this occurs. Our team has conducted an investigation into the missing computer as you mentioned above, but unfortunately, we have not been able to locate it. We understand this is not the outcome you were hoping for, and we regret the inconvenience and disappointment this has caused. If you have further questions, please reach out to us via email as you have communicated so far.
So calm, quiet and professional while moving my beloved solid wood Amish furniture. They carefully disassembled my furniture then put a moving blanket over the pieces, further wrapped the pieces in saranwrap to prevent scuffs, scratching and dings. They placed the furniture in its new home and thoughfully reassemble for a reasonable cost.
Thank you, Felicia, for your wonderful feedback! We're delighted to hear that you had a positive experience with our team and that your furniture was handled with care.
