I needed help moving from one storage facility to another storage location. The two guys were awesome, very helpful, friendly and careful. The move was successful. They were careful packing items into the large moving truck, used padding as needed and secured all items. I couldn’t do it by myself and so I called them. Best decision I made.

Multiple broken items that I called about. Never returned my call and refuse to let me file a claim. When the worker moved the China hutch in our home, you heard the glass break and he said oh nothing to worry about we secured everything. Also found multiple cigarette buds in our yard from them. The furniture was moved from our home to a storage unit so yes it was 2 months that had passed when I moved everything out the storage unit and saw the damage. Furniture cannot damage themselves in a storage unit. The damage was done, no furniture wrapped and just piled on top of each other. Our sofa is at the bottom of all this mess and is broken! If you refer to the picture of the storage unit, you can see how carelessly the workers have furniture lying on top of furniture and boxes (fragile) piled high. The dates are incorrect as I have screen shots of the call logs. If this company was worth anything, they would have contacted me via phone to remedy their mistakes.

We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience and that you feel your concerns were not handled appropriately.
We do want to clarify the timeline, as some of the information in this review does not match the records available to us. Your move was completed on June 19, 2026. Our policy asks customers to report any damage within four days of the move so that we have an opportunity to properly investigate and address the concern.
Our records show that the first call we are currently aware of regarding these damages was on September 2, 2026, more than two months after the move.
We were also informed that the items had subsequently been moved again before the damages were reported to us. Because of the time that had passed and the items having been moved by another party, we explained that we could not accept responsibility for newly reported damage that we were not given the opportunity to inspect or investigate within the applicable reporting period. This was not an attempt to prevent you from filing a claim, but rather an explanation of why we could not establish that the reported damage occurred during our service.
Regarding the other concerns mentioned in your review, we take allegations of carelessness and unprofessional conduct seriously and will address those internally with our team.
We’re disappointed that your experience did not meet the level of service we strive to provide. Our goal has always been to treat our customers and their belongings with care, and we appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention.
