Customers frequently praise the crew's punctuality, careful handling of items, and professional communication during local and long-distance moves. However, several low-star reviews highlight significant issues with pricing, including costs exceeding initial quotes and slow work pacing that extended billable hours. Additionally, some clients reported property damage or missing items, which contrasted with the generally positive feedback regarding the movers' courtesy.

Scott and Jermaine with Two Men and a Truck were fantastic! They were professional, friendly, efficient, and took great care with everything they moved. They worked quickly without ever making the job feel rushed, and they made the entire move so much easier and less stressful. Both were courteous, hardworking, and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend Scott and Jermaine and would request them again without hesitation. Five stars! This grandma approves!!
