Customers frequently praise the movers for their punctuality, efficiency, and careful handling of belongings, often noting that the team arrived on time and worked quickly. However, several low-star reviews highlight recurring issues with communication, including difficulty reaching staff and unresponsive scheduling changes. Other criticisms involve damaged or missing items, incomplete jobs, and high pricing relative to the service provided.
