Customers frequently praise the company for punctuality, efficient handling of furniture, and clear communication from both the moving crews and office staff. Many reviewers note that the team members are polite, careful with items, and often finish moves faster than the quoted time. However, a pattern of complaints in low-star reviews highlights instances of furniture and electronics arriving damaged, along with dissatisfaction regarding additional charges and the resolution process for claims.

Angel C and Celso S were very nice and professional. They did a terrific job moving a fridge down into our basement, which involved removing a door from the hinges. They were kind, polite, efficient, and cleaned up!
