We’ve been using them for a little over a year now, and I can’t recommend them enough! My senior Shiba Inu will be 13 this year, and he’s very anxious, skittish, and doesn’t trust just anyone—but he absolutely loves them. They always take such great care of him, and his baths are incredibly thorough (which is no small feat with all that shedding!) if you’re looking for a caring, reliable mobile groomer, they’re fantastic!

Milo ama que lo bañen y le hagan su grooming gracias a Two Pets! Pensamos que esto no iba a ser posible ya que su primera experiencia en otro grooming fue un poco traumática paea él. Pero gracias a Two Pets, Milo no sólo queda perfecto, sino que disfruta cada segundo y es feliz! Gracias!!!

Mi experiencia con este servicio de grooming ha sido muy negativa. La organización y la comunicación dejan mucho que desear. Coordinar una cita se vuelve complicado cuando constantemente hay cambios de último momento. En varias ocasiones hemos tenido que esperar largos periodos de tiempo, sin recibir información clara, para luego enterarnos de que el servicio no se realizará. Recientemente, cancelaron el mismo día por motivos internos. Fuimos flexibles y aceptamos reagendar, pero la situación volvió a repetirse: falta de confirmación, demoras y ninguna explicación concreta. Termina siendo el cliente quien tiene que buscar respuestas. Este tipo de manejo refleja poca seriedad y consideración. Cuando se trata del cuidado de una mascota, la confianza es fundamental, y experiencias como esta la afectan por completo. Ojalá puedan mejorar su atención y procesos, porque el respeto por el tiempo del cliente es clave en cualquier servicio. My experience with this grooming service has been very disappointing. There seems to be a consistent lack of organization and communication. Scheduling an appointment becomes difficult when there are frequent last-minute changes. More than once, we’ve spent a significant amount of time waiting without clear updates, only to find out the service wouldn’t happen. Recently, they canceled on the same day due to internal reasons. We were flexible and agreed to reschedule, but the same issues came up again—no proper confirmation, delays, and no clear explanation. It ends up being the client’s responsibility to chase down information. This kind of approach shows a lack of professionalism and consideration. When it comes to caring for a pet, trust is essential, and situations like this completely undermine it. I hope they take steps to improve their service, because respecting a client’s time is essential in any business.

Si pudiera dar 0 estrellas, lo haría. Esta ha sido, sin duda, la peor experiencia que he tenido con un servicio de grooming. Como dueña de mascota, es sumamente frustrante tratar de coordinar citas con una empresa que cancela a último momento y no respeta el tiempo de sus clientes. En más de una ocasión hemos esperado más de una hora, solo para que el servicio sea cancelado sin previo aviso. La semana pasada, cancelaron el mismo día alegando que la empleada estaba enferma. Entendimos la situación y reprogramamos para esta semana. Sin embargo, hoy tuvimos que escribir para confirmar la cita porque ya es costumbre la falta de comunicación. Nuevamente, enfrentamos demoras sin explicación y la incertidumbre de si el servicio se realizaría o no. La falta de responsabilidad, comunicación y consideración es evidente. Como cliente, no debería ser necesario estar persiguiendo a la empresa para obtener información básica sobre una cita confirmada. Una empresa que no valora el tiempo de sus clientes ni cumple con sus compromisos difícilmente podrá generar confianza o lealtad. Nadie quiere dejar a su mascota en manos de alguien que demuestra este nivel de desorganización e inconsideración. Espero que este comentario sirva como advertencia para otros y como oportunidad de mejora para la empresa. El tiempo del cliente sí importa.

I have used mobile grooming in past and found expensive and not very good work. Now I found Two Pets and had Alex come today and groom my Doodle Duke. I want to say Duke was pretty shabby and Alex did an excellent job making him look great again. Price was fair and he was polite and accommodating and was very swift. I have my new favorite groomer.

The fact that they come directly to your home is priceless. Your dog doesn’t have to wait for hours in a cage or be exposed to other dogs barking, a chaotic environment, or a stressful setting with constant activity and noise. It’s a completely one-on-one experience. The trust and connection you feel knowing it’s just the groomer and your dog is something special. Bela walked from my home straight into their mobile grooming area without added stress, and that made a huge difference. What I loved most was that the first thing she asked me was, “What would you like for Bela?” That level of attention to detail matters. Bela did not shake or show any signs of stress at any point. She felt comfortable, safe, and relaxed — and that means everything to me. Within an hour, she was ready and absolutely beautiful. The service was efficient, detailed, and full of genuine care. It’s one of the best gifts you can give your dog — a stress-free, personalized experience that truly makes a difference.

I have been using their grooming services for almost a year and I think they are wonderful. I have a larger breed dog (who is very sweet) and they are so good with him. He always comes out excited, happy and beautiful. My baby has some skin allergy issues but with their help, it has been clearing up very well. Thanks for everything you do!
