Daniel did a PHENOMENAL job with the inspection of a home for us as potential buyers. He was extremely thorough and took the time to explain every step as well as all of the results of the inspection. I will definitely be using him again!

Daniel did our home inspection before we purchased. He accomodated us with being available for phone calls before and after we met him the day of inspection as we still live in Illinois. He went above and beyond sharing details with us about all aspects of the inspection process. One other item that is very important is that he makes sure to return phone calls and texts promptly. We still contact him with questions. Super easy to work with and will use him again and highly recommend him. Thank you so much Daniel.

Daniel was so thorough and upfront about all information we needed for the inspection on a home we are in the process of purchasing. He gave a list of repairs we may need, his candid opinion on the property and structures on it, and even came early to get our report done in a timely manner. The report came less than 24 hours after the inspections and there is no other inspector I would have rather worked with. Loved my experience and would absolutely recommend this company.

Thank you so much Charissa for the kind review. Happy we could be a part of your journey.

They did amazing! I put this man through the ringer. Home was a foreclosure and utilities didn't get turned on in time and he was still able to give us a good amount of information. Also came out last minute on a holiday when nobody else would! Called me as soon as he found problems with the roof which gave us time to figure things out in a short amount of time. Fairly priced as well! Anything cheaper and you risk poor service. 11/10 would use them again.
