Tykoon Floor and Furniture Care, LLC

Kareem is thorough and takes pride in his work (as he should because he does great work). He could have, but did not try to upsell. He’s a fair and nice person. 100% recommended.

He did an incredible job power cleaning our floors — stains we couldn’t remove no matter how hard we tried were completely gone. He was punctual, professional, reasonably priced, and just an all-around great experience to work with

My room feels brand new thanks to Tykoon. My carpets seriously look and feel refreshed after this cleaning. The room was looking dull and worn before, but now it looks brighter, cleaner, and just overall newer. You can see the difference right when you walk in. The results speak for themselves! I’m so happy with the way it turned out.

Tykoon Floor did a great job on my wood floors! They really know what they’re doing when it comes to floor care and refinishing. I had some pretty bad damage from a previous tenant’s pets, and Kareem came in, checked everything out, and gave me solid recommendations. He was super easy to work with, flexible on timing and pricing, and always quick to respond. I really appreciated his honesty and how smooth the whole process went. My floors look amazing now! I’d definitely use them again and recommend Kareem to anyone who needs floor work.

Within 48 hours of reaching out, Kareem responded and quickly assessed my 19 year old GarageTek flooring in need of a deep cleaning after recent construction work. Using a rotary floor machine and manually using 70% alcohol the flooring returned to a respectable level of clean! I highly recommend Kareem for any of your floor cleaning needs. Thank you, Kareem for your professionalism and quality workmanship!

Kareem and Todd did an excellent job doing a screen and recoat on my hardwood floors. The damage was caused by prior tenants and I was at a complete loss on how to fix it. It was from chairs with thin legs in the dining room that caused deep scratches and pitting because the felt fell off the bottoms. I called local hardware stores with no luck and finally came across a site powered by Angie’s List. Multiple people had contacted me, but Kareem was the most responsive and knowledgeable. I sent him photos and told him the approximate square footage and he was able to estimate the cost. He let me know that the deep scratches and pitting would not be fixed completely, but would be minimized and color corrected- which I was expecting. I was able to book within the week as I had new tenants already lined up and needed a quick turnaround. On the day of, Kareem was right on time (a little early which I love). He answered all the questions I had and got to it and did his magic. When he was done the floors looked amazing. I was so happy to see how the work turned out. The floors have never looked that good. Kareem is very professional, friendly, respectful, and offers fair pricing. I know I will reach out to him again if I need hardwood floor refinishing. Him and Todd did an outstanding job and really take pride in their work.
