I had my phone screen replaced in just 20ish minutes. Great customer service here, I didn’t catch the name of the guys that helped me, but they were very knowledgeable and helpful. Great customer service, low wait times, and quality service 👍

Customer service needs to be recognized when you have people like Jayden on the front line..
Just did a claim about two hours ago came up here to the Huntersville, North Carolina location and Jaden’s exceptional customer service , and skills had my phone completed in less than 30 minutes and I am very happy with the service and he needs some recognition for his wonderful customer service skills… Oh and helps excellent quick service!!!

Had a cracked screen on Motorola Moto g, they ordered a new one (2 days), reached out when it arrived and completed the repair in about an hour. Service was excellent. Phone is like new. Highly recommend this business and their capable associates.

My son broke the tip off his charger and the tip got stuck in the charger port on his iPad. Joe was able to retrieve the tip rather quickly. He also didn't charge me. I'll be back here again for my next fix. Thank you Joe!
