Took my phone in for a cracked back glass and walked out 2 and a half hours later with a non-working phone. They said the battery was dented but when I looked at the phone, I highly doubt they even opened it because THE BACK IS BROKEN AND PUT BACK TOGETHER IN THE SAME MANNER. So it seems they didn't do anything, or they are experts at puzzles. I would take away this one star, but I will leave it in case they are really that good at puzzles. Thanks for nothing ding dongs.

The customer service is what you will notice first and foremost, I was having a random phone issue; obviously, and was able to get the problem resolved very fast and efficiently, the young man practically bent over backwards to help me fix the problem and even had multiple ways to fix it, highly recommend this location.

Brought in my laptop to get the frame around the screen repaired, dropped it off and came back around the allotted time for the pick up. Just to be told that they had broken my screen, took them over a month and a half to get a new one in, overcharged for the screen repair from the damage that they caused just to get my laptop back with the hdmi port not working.

Went to get a screen protector for my flip 7. The day I had made the appointment they informed me they didnt have the screen replacement and would have to return the following day. He gave me attitude because I said I would be able to come at 6 pm and said that I needed to come earlier. I let him now I worked until after 5:30pm. When I came back the next day, they put the screen protector on, but within the hour the protector was already unattached from my screen in multiple spots.
