Had a brand new phone 3 weeks old that had a blemish in the screen. Samsung sent me there for a replacement screen. Store manager looked at it and said yes it's covered under warranty. They ordered the parts and dropped it off for repair. Called me in 20 minutes and there so called master technician changed his mind and said is was not covered under warranty now. Such a joke. Venice florida location.

Absolutely terrible customer service...dude didn't have a clue.,.I'll let everyone know..don't go there...was told to go somewhere else

The technician who helped me was wonderful. His explanations were easy to understand. I was given the resources necessary to solve my computer issues. I highly recommend their services.

Max is the "man". A real professional, when he says he'll call you when parts come in. He backs his word and does what he commits to. Great experience!

Brought my 15 pro in to have the back glass replaced. The guys that helped me were very respectful and helped get my phone back to looking like new again.
