Customers frequently praise the shop for fast turnaround times, clear communication, and reasonable pricing for phone and computer repairs. However, low-star reviews highlight recurring issues with unexpected delays, unexplained price increases during pickup, and devices returning in worse condition. The owner actively responds to the majority of these mixed experiences.
