"I had a fantastic experience with [Company Name]. The technician arrived right on time and was very polite. We had tough stains in the living room that I thought were permanent, but it is completely gone! Our carpets look brand new, feel soft, and dried much faster than expected with no heavy chemical smells.…
Ultra steam was amazing! We have had our carpets cleaned a couple of times by different companies and we never felt it was good enough to have them come back. We tried Ultra Steam this time and we were really impressed. Luke was punctual and we were really grateful for how careful he was with the baseboards. Overall…
Ultra Steam cleaned our 12' x 15' area rug, kitchen tile floors, and our master bath shower. They were on time, and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend them and will use them again.
Couldn’t have had a better experience! Easy to schedule, and prompt response. Luke did an amazing job, beautifully cleaning 3 large rugs and two runners. He was prompt and courteous and carefully prepped the area before starting. I was especially appreciative of being able to have the rugs cleaned in our home…
Excellent service. Communicated, showed up on time and great quality work. Carpets looked great and dried fast!
Excellent!!!
Fantastic job, Ultra Steam! As someone with a handful of animals a good carpet cleaning is a must! I get to the point where I want to replace all of the carpet in my house and instead of impulsively doing that, my husband reminds me to just get it cleaned. After the cleaning, I am reset because Luke leaves my carpet…
Just had our carpets cleaned by Ultra Steam again. This is the second year in a row we’ve used them, and the service was amazing both times. He showed up on time, was polite, professional, and easy to work with. He even came out on a Sunday, which I really appreciated. The carpets came out much cleaner and fresher.…
I've used Ultra Steam Carpet and Tile Cleaning for a few years now. Top notch service and quality work. I use them every time. Highly recommended.
On time Luke was very nice polite and professional. I payed on line but as I. Was looking. At the bill for some reason the part with a tip went away. So I feel bad he got no tip 🤷♀️
Once again, great job. Would never use anybody else. Up
They did an amazing job. Very professional, friendly and kept workspaces very clean. Definitely recommend them.
Luke was very friendly and arrived as scheduled for the service. I appreciated that he had wall protectors and covers to put down on the main entrance area to avoid scratched and mess. The appointment lasted about the time that was shared upon arrival and the house was left smelling so great. We had some really bad…
Fast, friendly and affordable service. Even with a last minute scheduling. I have my carpets cleaned by this family owned company a few times a year. They are the best!
Excellent job! Got out stains, brightened the carpets, and left the house looking clean. Luke is kind, respectful, and very hardworking.

Luke was very professional, friendly, prompt, and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend Ultra Steam Carpet & Tile Cleaning and it supports a small business
I had an amazing experience with this company! We've tried other carpet steaming services and they've never been able to lift the stains from our dog's puppy accidents. Luke was super professional and I really appreciated the transparency in the quoting process. Totally worth the money and will be calling back for…
My parents recently hired Ultra Steam Carpet & Tile Cleaning and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Luke was exceptional—professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient. Friendly, fast and efficient, wonderful experience.
Excellent service Excellent work
I had my carpets cleaned by Luke. I haven’t had my carpets cleaned for awhile because they didn’t look that dirty until he showed me the dirty water from my carpets. It was pretty gross. Luke was able to get the edges clean on the stairs and in the areas where there were a lot of foot traffic. I found Ultra on…
Very professional and on time to service our carpets. They did a walk through the home initially with a dry vacuum / addressing & treating stains before using steam vac. Very thorough cleaning and very pleased with the results. They continue to follow up and schedule appointments at the right time to keep the…

We have used this business a lot of times now and we like the results. The cleaning is thorough and the cost is straight forward. They were very good at cleaning pet stains and cleaning under the bed and around other heavy furnitures. They are very accommodating and will do their level best to clean every desired…
Looks and smells amazing. Thorough and kind. Would definitely use them again
Luke did a great job, cleaning the grout in two bathrooms, as well as a shag carpet. He is friendly and personable, and the value he delivers is spot on.
Excellent service and communication throughout the entire process. Will highly recommend to my friends and family
Luke and Alex are wonderful to work with. They have cleaned nearly 10,000 square feet of carpet in our buildings and have done a fantastic job. They are prompt, efficient, thorough, and caring in their work approach. Their pricing is very fair for the extent of the work they perform too. We are so glad to be working…

We’ve lived in our home for eight years with dogs and cats, this company came in and cleaned our 800 + sq feet of tile, sealed the grout, stairways, landing, and a full sectional couch. Luke was professional, friendly, and our home was sparkling in just a few hours. We sent them pics of the areas by txt - we were…
Our 13 year old morkie had more accidents and we need another deep cleaning of our carpet. I contacted Ultra Steam through Facebook and they were quick to responsive and set a date within a few days. Came out on time (even sent a text letting me know they were en route) and did an amazing job! Price was extremely…
