"I had a fantastic experience with [Company Name]. The technician arrived right on time and was very polite. We had tough stains in the living room that I thought were permanent, but it is completely gone! Our carpets look brand new, feel soft, and dried much faster than expected with no heavy chemical smells.…
Ultra steam was amazing! We have had our carpets cleaned a couple of times by different companies and we never felt it was good enough to have them come back. We tried Ultra Steam this time and we were really impressed. Luke was punctual and we were really grateful for how careful he was with the baseboards. Overall…
Ultra Steam cleaned our 12' x 15' area rug, kitchen tile floors, and our master bath shower. They were on time, and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend them and will use them again.
Couldn’t have had a better experience! Easy to schedule, and prompt response. Luke did an amazing job, beautifully cleaning 3 large rugs and two runners. He was prompt and courteous and carefully prepped the area before starting. I was especially appreciative of being able to have the rugs cleaned in our home…
Excellent service. Communicated, showed up on time and great quality work. Carpets looked great and dried fast!
Excellent!!!
Fantastic job, Ultra Steam! As someone with a handful of animals a good carpet cleaning is a must! I get to the point where I want to replace all of the carpet in my house and instead of impulsively doing that, my husband reminds me to just get it cleaned. After the cleaning, I am reset because Luke leaves my carpet…
Just had our carpets cleaned by Ultra Steam again. This is the second year in a row we’ve used them, and the service was amazing both times. He showed up on time, was polite, professional, and easy to work with. He even came out on a Sunday, which I really appreciated. The carpets came out much cleaner and fresher.…

On time Luke was very nice polite and professional. I payed on line but as I. Was looking. At the bill for some reason the part with a tip went away. So I feel bad he got no tip 🤷♀️

They did an amazing job. Very professional, friendly and kept workspaces very clean. Definitely recommend them.
Luke was very friendly and arrived as scheduled for the service. I appreciated that he had wall protectors and covers to put down on the main entrance area to avoid scratched and mess. The appointment lasted about the time that was shared upon arrival and the house was left smelling so great. We had some really bad…

I had my carpets cleaned by Luke. I haven’t had my carpets cleaned for awhile because they didn’t look that dirty until he showed me the dirty water from my carpets. It was pretty gross. Luke was able to get the edges clean on the stairs and in the areas where there were a lot of foot traffic. I found Ultra on…

Luke and Alex are wonderful to work with. They have cleaned nearly 10,000 square feet of carpet in our buildings and have done a fantastic job. They are prompt, efficient, thorough, and caring in their work approach. Their pricing is very fair for the extent of the work they perform too. We are so glad to be working…
