Luke and Fernando did an amazing job with cleaning my tile, grout, rug, and carpet. They were both very professional and friendly. I plan to use them again in the future.
Luke did a great job cleaning our carpet that had a terrible smell due to dog urine. He was fast and efficient and I would use his services again.

Excellent service Excellent work
Very professional and on time to service our carpets. They did a walk through the home initially with a dry vacuum / addressing & treating stains before using steam vac. Very thorough cleaning and very pleased with the results. They continue to follow up and schedule appointments at the right time to keep the…
Very professional and friendly! They have done my carpets and couch sectional twice now and they are definitely my go to’s! Highly recommended and very easy to schedule with! The rooms look great and smell great too!
We have used this business a lot of times now and we like the results. The cleaning is thorough and the cost is straight forward. They were very good at cleaning pet stains and cleaning under the bed and around other heavy furnitures. They are very accommodating and will do their level best to clean every desired…
Luke and Alex are wonderful to work with. They have cleaned nearly 10,000 square feet of carpet in our buildings and have done a fantastic job. They are prompt, efficient, thorough, and caring in their work approach. Their pricing is very fair for the extent of the work they perform too. We are so glad to be working…
Excellent service. Made every effort to remove all the stains. Will definitely recommend them and use them again in future.
I have used ultra steam carpet cleaning multiple times now for not only carpet, but my floors, sectional, and my outdoor patio furniture. Our 13 year old morkie had more accidents and we need another deep cleaning of our carpet. I contacted Ultra Steam through Facebook and they were quick to responsive and set a date within a few days. Came out on time (even sent a text letting me know they were en route) and did an amazing job! Price was extremely…

They came highly recommended. Luke did a great job, and Alex in the office was professional and easy to work with. This was the first time I’ve use them, but I will continue to do so.

Family owned and personable. Best carpet cleaning I have ever had. In 30 years. Don’t leave until customer is satisfied. Trustworthy and motivated. This team arrives ready to do business. Get right to work once rapport is established and assure pets are safely out of pathways. Discuss details of customer’s…
Great service! I had a terrible dog accident stain in my carpet. It was really disappointing because the carpet was less than a year old and I thought it would have to be torn out and replaced. Luke worked magic and made it look like it never happened. He also squeezed me in on short notice to get it done on a…
Luke and his assistant did a good job. This is our second time to use them. Highly recommended
I had an appointment with All Green Carpet Clean to clean my carpets. I found out they were a scam company. I called over 20 companies to come the same day because I moved all of my furniture already. My daughter called one company, Ultra Steam Carpet Cleaning, Luke came over and took care of us. He was fast,…

Alex & Luke came today to clean my apt (in Walnut Creek) @ the exact time that we had scheduled. My carpets were quite stained from my 2 dogs & from just normal wear & tear from just living here. It took them less than an hour & 1/2 & the end results were perfect! I had some tough dog urine stains in one area that I…
