Rick did an amazing job with our Dryer. He explained everything he did as he was doing it. Which made me feel at ease. Knowing everything was going smoothly.

I paid UltraFix a nonrefundable fee of $99 for them to come and give me a quote for a fridge compressor issue, and they gave me a way overpriced $1,150 labor cost quote to replace the compressor (compressor under LG warranty so the material cost is 0). I used another appliance repair company instead, they came right away and replaced the compressor for just $399 (compressor material cost covered by LG under warranty). I regret calling UltraFix to spend $99 for such an unreasonable quote. Think twice before spending your $99 on UltraFix.
Very happy with Ultrafix responsiveness and service, Rick was fantastic in getting the repair done and in the clean-up.
The job was done and the technician cleaned up afterwards. The technician was also very polite. I would be satisfied about the job except that I feel I was over-charged. My GE front load dryer costs $1,099 to buy a brand-new one. UltraFix found the motor needs to be replaced, and charged $684 for the part and labor. I later called GE and found the part is only $125. For a <1.5 hour labor, they charged $559?! That is way too expensive in my opinion.
Rick came early, diagnosed the problem quickly and got the fix done super quickly. He was great.
