Unchained.Art is a wonderful gallery featuring a collection of works by artists from Austin, across the U.S., and around the world. Christina, Owner & Curator, is professional, kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. She is intentional in selecting the works she features and connecting collectors with art that is perfect for the heart and home (and office). As an artist and art professional myself, I truly appreciate people like Christina and spaces like Unchained.Art Contemporary Gallery.

Thank you for visiting Unchained.Art Contemporary Gallery. Creating a space where art feels accessible and human rather than transactional is at the heart of what we do here. We look forward to welcoming you back.
Gretchen Kraemer made my experience with Unchained.Art truly exceptional. She understands the collector’s journey and knows how to guide clients at every stage, whether they are purchasing their first piece or adding to an established collection. I never feel pressured when working with her, only supported and thoughtfully advised. She takes the time to understand your taste, your goals, and the kind of connection you want to have with the artwork you bring into your life. Her knowledge of contemporary art and genuine passion for both artists and collectors make the experience enjoyable and rewarding. I highly recommend Gretchen to anyone looking for a trusted art consultant and a more meaningful approach to collecting.

Greg, thank you so much for this amazing review – it really means a lot, especially coming from you. I know how much you appreciate art and I am so happy you feel the mix of artists and styles works and that the gallery feels welcoming and accessible. Can’t wait to have you back in the new space again soon!
Austin’s newest gallery brings an international flair. Now relocated from Cesar Chavez to the heart of downtown, the new space is cozy, divided into the gallery’s artist roster on the left and current exhibitions on the right.

Thank you Bijoy, we are very happy in our new space and neighborhood. So glad you enjoyed the layout and set-up. See you soon again.
I stumbled into this gallery with my family and had a lovely conversation with the owner. She was so friendly and knowledgeable and *actually* followed up with me after the visit when I expressed interest in one of the pieces! She ended up doing some art consulting for me and I bought two pieces I am so thrilled with. As a first-time art buyer, her warmth and guidance was very much appreciated. She represents local and international artists to meet a variety of tastes/preferences, and is just a total professional in all respects! Can't recommend enough.
