I had an emergency because my garage door would not close and I had to leave for work. I contacted Uncle Bob's Garage Door Service and I got a quick response! He was willing to come out immediately to take a look at what was causing my emergency. I replied to him (Robert) that I was at work and could not be available until Saturday morning. He said "What time?" I said 9 am. The next day he shows up at 8:55 am ready to work. Sober, Focused and Professional. He assessed the door, spotted the problem, and offered a solution and a reasonable price. He could have taken advantage and jacked up problem and the price, but Robert had ethics and standards that would not allow him to take advantage of the situation. Character matters. I highly recommend Uncle Bob's Garage Door Service to everyone who finds themselves in my situation. (And he didn't even ask for a review!!)
