Customers consistently praise UniFix Appliance Repair Service for rapid same-day response times, fair pricing, and professional communication regarding repairs for dryers, washers, ovens, and refrigerators. While the owner actively engages with reviewers, a recurring criticism in low-star feedback involves repairs that failed to resolve the underlying issue, leading to recurring leaks or mechanical problems weeks after the initial service.

Dryer does not spin. Respond the same day and identify the problem is the motor failure. We agreed the price to repair the dryer and he ordered a new motor for me. It took him twice to get the work done because he didn’t expect that he could not take off the old blower so that he had to break it and order a new one. It appears that his work quality is good and he is a reliable person. One thing that I don’t feel happy is that in addition to the original price agreed, he asked me to pay for the new blower.
They came the same day when I called.Very courteous and hard working. Would definitely call them again. By
