I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this company. Our Home Owners Association (HOA) hired Union Fence of South Florida to install and repair our gate and fence, but the entire process has been a nightmare. It’s been over a month since Union Frence started the project and it has not been completed still. The customer satisfaction is practically non-existent. They stopped the communication line with our HOA and us. They ignored emails, missed scheduled appointments without any notice, and left us entirely in the dark. Worse than the poor communication, however, is their complete negligence regarding safety. The gate was left structurally unstable and improperly secured, creating a major hazard for our family and pets. When we brought up these critical safety concerns, they dismissed them and showed zero urgency to fix the issue. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for a contractor who actually cares about client safety and basic professional communication.

This review is erroneous. We will communicate with Google to have it removed. We understand your frustration, however our company is under contract with the HOA and all communication is done directly with them only. Our contract with the HOA is to handle gate procurement and licensed fence repair work. Latches and Painting are handled directly through the HOA. Each item we repair is done under authorization of the HOA. We were only notified of this issue on September 3 and we were immediately on top of it with the HOA. The gate functioned as intended, the gate post however did not look good aesthetically which we requested authorization from the HOA to replace. This authorization was only received on September 9. On September 14, we were onsite and replaced the gate post. Our responsibility ended there. What was left was painting the gate and installing the latch which both are not our responsibility.

We hired Union Fence of South Florida to analyze a fence adjustment we wanted to make in our backyard. Miguel with the support of Elena and the team managed it from A-Z in an impeccable manner. They dealt with the permissions and approvals needed as well as with the fence work. Excellent. Congratulations to the team. We don't envision needing them again soon but recommend them to anyone who wants an efficient and professional job with open communications.
