Brandon from Unique Home Inspections was thorough, energetic, and professional. He gave a run down of the major findings in person after finishing the inspection and the detailed report was done two days later. He is very knowledgeable about the homes in the area, especially about the intricacies of the pre-1950s construction.
Brandon showed up on time and did a really thorough job with our home inspection. He answered all our questions and gave solid advice on repairs. We highly recommend his services
I used Unique Home Inspections and specifically worked with Brandon for a home I’m currently purchasing, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. He was extremely thorough and truly left no stone unturned. He found issues that other inspectors could have easily overlooked, and those findings ended up helping me secure a sizable credit from the seller during negotiations. That alone made the inspection worth every penny. We did the full home inspection, main sewer line camera inspection, and mold inspection. Everything was handled professionally, and all reports, photos, and follow-up information were returned quickly and in a very timely manner, which was huge since real estate timelines move fast. He also explained everything clearly and made the process feel a lot less stressful. He was referred to me by someone I trust, and now I understand why. I’ll definitely be recommending Brandon and Unique Home Inspections to friends, family, and anyone buying a home. If you want someone honest, detailed, and looking out for your best interests, he’s a great choice!
We had worked with Brandon on a previous property, and loved his work that we called him out again for another property. His work does not disappoint. Brandon is prompt, efficient and thorough. He checks every area and looks at everything with a critical eye. He is very knowledgeable and were able to answer all our questions fully. If you are in need of an trustworthy inspection, Brandon is the one to call.
Brandon was awesome. Honestly, if you need a home inspector, he is the guy to call. He was professional, respectful, and super thorough the whole time. He treated the house carefully, moved his equipment around with caution, and even used booties when needed. That kind of attention to detail says a lot. What I appreciated most was that he did not just inspect the home and leave. He took the time to explain what he found, why it mattered, and how he came to those conclusions. As buyers, that made a huge difference for us. His report was detailed, included photos, and gave even more information on everything he had already gone over with us. Overall, Brandon made the whole process feel a lot less stressful. I would definitely recommend him.
