Premier Roofing was referred to me by a neighbor after our area was hit with a hail & rain storm. Their representative, Nick Pileggi, inspected our property and noticed severe roof and gutter damage. Nick filed a claim and worked directly with our insurance company and their inspector. I did virtually nothing other than sign a few forms. My roof and gutters were promptly replaced with new, comparable materials. I would recommend Premier Roofing to anyone. In fact, I did. They also replaced my daughter's roof which was also impacted by the storm.

Unique Painting has done work for many of my real estate clients over the years. Nobody ever has anything but good things to say about them. I decided my personal home needed to be painted pretty badly so I called them out and they gave me a good price. Beyond tha,t they took great care with prepping the home prior to painting. Caulking, repairing wood trim that had rotted, and everything else involved. I’ve seen other painters that gave a cheap price, then come out to the home and quickly spray everything then move onto the next one. Unique doesn’t work like that. The finished product looks fabulous and I could not be happier.

I’ve waited almost a year before writing this review because I wanted to see how the product held up. We are absolutely in love! We had the entire exterior of our home painted including gutters, porch pillars/railings. Communication was great throughout the entire process and I’d highly recommend!

I hired this company with high expectations, based on their five-star reviews, and paid over $3,000 expecting a quality experience. Unfortunately, it didn't go as planned.
After accepting their bid in June to paint my ceilings in the family room and kitchen, I didn’t hear back until September, when they asked if I still wanted them to do the work. It felt like they’d forgotten about my project entirely. My job was only scheduled to start on 10/24 after I insisted they begin the following week or I’d find someone else. This delay and lack of communication made me feel like my project was not a priority.
To my surprise, they painted the ceilings the wrong color, despite clear instructions. They also rolled the paint instead of spraying it as agreed. When they returned to spray, they didn’t bother to protect the walls, so overspray covered several feet down. They knew I was planning to paint the walls, yet I ultimately had to sand all the overspray off before I could proceed.
They left their materials, plastic coverings, and open paint containers on the floors. My family, including two young kids and pets, had to stay in the house with paint supplies and plastic everywhere, which made for a difficult night and wasn’t what I expected from a professional service.
When I voiced my concerns, the owner visited personally and had the crew clean the paint off the light fixtures and smoke detector. However, I'm still left with a broken piece of crown molding that I'll have to fix myself.
While I believe the owner had good intentions and genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy, the lack of communication and follow-through was disappointing. I reluctantly paid the bill, but I can’t recommend them over other painters I’ve used in the past. I wish I could leave a five-star review, but this experience fell far short of expectations.
