Google reviewers rate United Express Towing highly, praising quick arrival times, clear communication, and reasonable pricing for towing and transport services. Customers frequently note that drivers were professional, helpful with roadside issues, and careful with various vehicles, including motorcycles and low-clearance cars. However, a small number of low-star reviews cite significant delays in arrival or aggressive driving behavior, indicating that while most experiences are positive, service consistency can vary.

Akin seen me on the side of the road and pulled over too help me out. Great guy and great communication. I would recommend him any day of the week.
Called to get a pickup truck towed and the driver arrived within 30 minutes of the call. I could not start the truck but that was not a problem. I received great service and will use again if needed.
Just had my F350 towed and when I say this experience was so simple and nice. Dealing with a vehicle going down unexpectedly is already frustrating enough and the last thing you would want to deal with is a high priced tow company that takes forever. Akim from United made this experience so easy and relieved so much stress. Thank you agin excellent service. Highly recommend and ask for Akim.
Great service on time.
Excellent service, 100% 5 stars! Very professional and great price! Thank you!!!
Akim was very great and very trustworthy. Service was quick he loaded my vehicle and had it strapped in effectively and efficiently. Also the tow truck was low car friendly. Would recommend 100% definitely found my new emergency tow contact.
Broke down with a 40 passenger trolley during a tour, I called united and within an hour and half Akim shows up with the flat bed (what a gentleman). He tried to jump start the vehicle, but no luck. Time for the tow, very efficient and very careful with the vehicle. So glad I called them! Thank you Akim! Marc L.

We know how stressful a breakdown can be - especially during a tour - so it means a lot to hear that his professionalism, efficiency, and care made the situation easier.
