Honest company! Our AC needed repair, Logan came for the initial inspection. He is knowledgeable, professional, timely, clean and explained everything. Grateful to have found United HVAC. They also did some plumbing repair last year, same great quality service with honest prices.
Quick availability and prompt service. The technician, Oscar, was great. He had to get an extra part and the work was a little more complicated than expected. He finished the job perfectly with the originally quoted price.
Teo did a great job in helping us install a new RO water filter. He did everything from drilling to installing the new water lines. After the initial installation, he stayed around to ensure that the system worked properly. Would highly recommend!
Getting an appointment was quick and easy. Orlando was professional and did a great job!
United showed up on time, found the problem, proposed a good solution and fixed it in good time. Professional, competent and reasonably priced. I would recommend this outfit in a second.
I would give United HVAC 5 stars. The technicians were nice and did quality work in order to upgrade my HVAC system (Outside AC unit and attic Heat pump). They took a bit longer to finish, but so far, I'm happy with their services.

I had a great experience with United HVAC - they were able to send someone out within hours i.e. Julian who was fantastic. He gave me regular updates on his ETA, quickly figured out what was causing my shower head to leak and had the parts to effectively resolved the issue.
I recently had a heat pump water heater installed by United HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical, and I’m very happy with the entire experience. From the beginning, Neo, the salesperson, was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. He gave me good advice, answered all my questions, and made the process easy without any pressure. Their quote was also very competitive, which was another big plus. Their communication was also excellent. I received texts and emails with the appointment date, reminders, the technician’s name, expected arrival time, and updates throughout the process. The technicians were on time, polite, hardworking, and very respectful of my home and property. They did a nice, professional job and cleaned up after the work. Because I had such a positive experience and found everyone so easy to work with, I decided to have them also install a gas water heater at my rental property. I’m very happy with that decision as well. Overall, I highly recommend United HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical. Great communication, competitive pricing, professional workmanship, and a team that is simply easy to work with. Thank you to Neo and the entire team!

Update 2026: We recently had low pressure in water softener & these were the guys I first remembered & called. So they made a visit & told would charge me $199(which wasnt the case last year). I was also looking to upgrade my water heater & some electrical upgrade. The quote they sent me was unreasonable from any standards(upgrade is good to have & not need to have). A friend who visited showed us how to bypass the water softener & install a descalar which will not let hard water lump(which is biggest issue) That was $200 solution to thousands of dollars quoted. Anyways, its been three months & I was sent invoice for their visit & I duly paid. But I wont give them anymore business(penny wise, pound foolish I think). I am still looking for a company that can do good job, take honest money & I can depend on. ===== It all started with our dishwasher which stopped working because of low water pressure. My wife looked up for few plumbers & gave call to United to get estimate. The technician who came diagnosed it to valve issue & replaced it at very reasonable price. Then they noted some leaks in our sewer & water pipes during crawl space visit. My wife decided to get a quote for upgrading sewer pipes. Sean came in & provided quote to fix water pipes as well as remove cast iron sewer pipes and replace with plastic ones. Fast forward, united matched another quote I had and I signed up. They started the work very next day. Rinat Shai came with his crew & boy, what a hard worker he is. For the two days he spent under my crawl space, he spent very less time wasting, including lunch break. He went above & beyond to get all the work get finished within promised two days. Infact he worked on both independence day & next day, which most of us spend drinking or traveling. I am very very happy with his work attitude. I would highly recommend United to anyone considering repairs or upgrades. I look forward to have mutually rewarding business relationship with this company.

We had a leakage from the pipes which lead to dropping water from the ceiling of the kitchen. Pasha came to make the repair he was very knowledgeable, kind and made a proper repair fast and efficient. We are extremely happy working with the company in general and Pasha.
