Joe and team were excellent. We needed a roof inspection in short order to iron out a homeowner insurance request before closing. United made the process quick and painless from the moment I emailed. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

They were great! Our point of contact, Joe, was incredibly communicative and patient with all of our many questions. He gave us candid advice and didn’t try to oversell us on anything. The team, Danny, Javier, Julio, Bill Sr, and Aldo were incredible and efficient. I would recommend United Roofing, Joe, and his team to anyone. In fact, we’ve already recommended them to my mother-in-law!

United Roofing is my go-to for roof replacement and repair. They are responsive and fast in scheduling service as well as call backs, if there is a need. I've replaced both flat and pitched roofs and I'm always satisfied with the results. Pricing is within the range of what I expect to pay for both types of roof. I'll give a special shout out to Joe Mackey, my CSR: always accommodating and helpful and willing to work with my schedule.

Sarah Clements4 reviewsiTotal number of Google reviews Sarah has written across all businesses on Google Maps, not just this one.
United Roofing did a great job at a patch and coat for a leak coming from an old roofdeck membrane. Their customer service was excellent from the start -- Joe was very responsive over phone, email, and text, kind at every stage, and gave a wide range of options in terms of solutions and pricing for each, which gave us flexibility to choose what was right for us. Danny stopped by on quick notice, took lots of photos, and the project team of Maurico and Anderson were knowledgable and overall experts. When I told them that we were hoping to get it done before a rainstorm a few days away, they made it happen without a beat, and there were no leaks after that! Danny even checked in at the house after the job was done to make sure we were good. They also applied a fall season discount when I asked about bringing the price down a bit. Finally, I really appreciate the peace of mind knowing that if something else comes up with the roofdeck, they will service it up to three times and then after that do a replacement and credit the repair toward that cost. Overall, communication, transparency, and in-person service were great.
