i was told by Rocio back in December that in order for us to be on the wait list our insurance would have to submit the authorization over to them. i did exactly that. i even sent her a message letting her know exactly when i was going to do it. she never put me on the wait list, never followed up. once i reached out she started ignoring my messages probably because she messed up! Wasted 4 months of my daughters time when we could of been getting services elsewhere.
My daughter’s journey with United Speech ended at the beginning of the month. Ms Kristina and Ms Giselle gave her so much love and were so patient with her. My daughter started communicating her needs more. I can’t thank them enough for all their support and encouragement for the past year
I have nothing but great things to say about United Speech.<br><br>We were with United Speech for exactly one year. My son was getting speech therapy from both teacher Gee Ann and teacher Victoria. And both worked great with him.<br><br>Teacher Gee Ann connected with my son since day one. She kept him fully engaged with her fun and animated teaching style, applying all the necessary speech tools to help him. As soon as he would see teacher Gee Ann, he would run and sit in our spot where we held session, ready to start! Which was something we struggled with, and just seeing that he was excited to have session with her and sit throughout brought us great joy.<br><br>As for Teacher Victoria, she was always ready! Not only did she connect with our son, she was extremely resourceful. Always explained exactly what she was working on with our son, always explained the speech terms/tools that she was using during sessions and tools she wanted us to use outside of session to keep helping our son. If my son was having rough days, she would let him lead the session, but still would incorporate the speech tools and lessons throughout.<br><br>Anytime our son said a new word both teachers would get super excited with us. Celebrating such small victories with us showed just how much they cared.<br><br>I can honestly say we were extremely lucky to have not only one but two great therapist for our son (and for us). Both very professional, kind, thoughtful, and caring. We will miss them!
My son had Ms. Liz as his speech therapist. I have to say I think Ms. Liz was his favorite therapist from all the other therapists he had. I requested a bilingual therapist and Ms. Liz was great at giving the therapy sessions in English and Spanish. She was so sweet and caring towards my son. Truly great at what she does. My daughter was treated early on and thanks to the help and support provided from these services she is know able to fully talk and communicate. thankful that there very sweet and patient with kids .
I highly recommend! Ms.Liz was my daughter’s teacher and she was amazing very smart and dedicated person towards my daughter’s learning. My daughter had speech therapy for almost a year and made so much progress thanks to the help of ms.Liz.
Ms Liz is the greatest. I think instantly after the first sessions my kid started showing new skills in communication. Not only did she learn words but she also learned to sign which made communication more clear to understand once we learned what the signs meant. She’s aged out and wish we could still have Ms Liz as our kid’s speech therapist. Thank you so much! Very fun therapist!

Cannot say enough good things about Alyssa, who is my son Liam's speech therapist for a little over a year. Liam started his therapy with Alyssa at the age of 2 with only a few words (expressive speech delay), and was a frustrated little boy. Within a few months, he was expressing himself understanding and adding more words to his vocabulary. He is a completely different boy because he is less frustrated about his inability to communicate effectively. Alyssa truly loves her job and goes above and beyond for the families she works with. Alyssa understood our culture , Liam’s needs (individual methods of play-to -learn) while meeting his goals. We greatly appreciate her dedication and commitment towards Liams progress.
