I am so impressed with this business. I needed information regarding a house I am considering to buy. USS looked foundation work on the house prior to the current owners so I reached out. Hilary was outstanding, so receptive and helpful. The General Manager was also very helpful. I will definitely reach out to USS in the future if I need foundation/structure assessment and or work. USS came ot to our house to check our sump pump..The employee Chad Ridge was very polite and courteous...answered all the questions we had.. Made sure any mess was cleaned up..which was a shocker for me! Very professional . I would highly recommend USS to anyone. Ask for Chad very good man.

This one-star rating is generous!
We are seven weeks into a four-day job at our house! The have been back three times to finish the job and it is still not done. My back yard is a mud pit! I have been informed by the "office" that it will take two more weeks before I can be put on the schedule for a crew to come back.
The crew is working from their Lancaster office, and the managers won't return phone calls and are hiding behind the receptionist.
I work just a few miles from their Lexington office, so I decided to pop in and talk to a different person only to find out that there is no staff in this office.
The website for the Lexington office has a picture of the building and posted hours of 9 am to 6 pm, but it is just a building with mailboxes and a few shared meeting rooms used by several companies.
Customer service is absolutely horrible.
Think twice before hiring USS!
