Customers frequently cite accurate pricing, prompt scheduling, and clear communication as key benefits of the roofing and chimney services. Many note that the final cost matched the initial estimate without hidden fees, and crews protected property and cleaned up debris thoroughly. However, two low-star reviews describe significant property damage during shingle removal and allege that the owner refused to address the resulting issues.

I recently had a very positive experience with John from Universal Roofing and Gutters. The work was completed professionally and efficiently, and the final price was exactly as agreed upon during the estimate.
John is very personable, easy to talk to, and took the time to explain everything upfront without pressuring me to make a decision on the spot, as some other companies often do. He also provided valuable advice and recommendations, which I really appreciated.
I will definitely use Universal Roofing and Gutters again in the future and would highly recommend John and his company to anyone looking for reliable and professional service.
