Your park is absolutely amazing, but honestly, this whole Halloween situation is getting ridiculous. The park officially closes at 6:00 PM, yet you shut down the Harry Potter area at 5:30 PM to prepare for Halloween Horror Nights. The ride shows a 10–15 minute wait, but guests are no longer allowed to enter. We pay a lot of money to visit your park, and we expect access to the attractions during the advertised operating hours. Please reconsider this policy. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay full price and then have access to attractions restricted before the park even officially closes. You’re charging premium prices while cutting the actual guest experience short. That’s simply not fair.

One of my favorite attractions at Universal Studios Hollywood. I have been a few times over the past decade and it seems like the tour is always different. Lots of cool movie sets and fun movie facts. I went on a Thursday in the afternoon and there was no wait to get on.
