A Heartfelt Thank You to University Vet
There are no words to describe the pain of losing a beloved pet, especially in such a heartbreaking way. After searching all day and throughout the night for our sweet dog, we eventually found her deceased. Our hearts were completely shattered, and we were facing one of the hardest moments of our lives.
We called University Vet, and they were kind enough to accommodate us within an hour. From the moment we arrived, they treated us with such compassion, kindness, and understanding. They gently cleaned our girl up for us, allowing us to see her in a peaceful and dignified state. What touched us most was that they allowed us to stay with her for two hours after they had already closed. They never made us feel rushed or like we were inconveniencing them. Instead, they gave us the time and space we needed to say our goodbyes.
During such a devastating time, University Vet made us feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. Their kindness brought a little bit of peace to a moment filled with unimaginable grief. They understood that she was not just a dog to us; she was family, and she deserved to be treated with love and dignity until the very end.
We will never forget the compassion they showed us when we needed it most. Thank you to everyone at University Vet for treating our girl so gently and for giving our family the opportunity to spend those precious final hours with her. Your kindness meant more to us than you will ever know. We are forever grateful for the comfort and humanity you showed us during one of the darkest moments of our lives.

If I could give Dr. Ash 10 stars, I would!
After many years of sharing my life with cats (including some wonderfully opinionated and very shy ones), I can honestly say Dr. Ash is the best veterinarian I've ever had. Around our house, he's simply known as The Cat Whisperer.
Somehow he has this magical "Dr. Ash method" that can calm even my most nervous, difficult cats. Cats that normally hide, hiss, or make everyone work for it seem to trust him. I still haven't figured out his secret!
What really sets Dr. Ash apart is the time he gives every patient and every pet parent. He never makes you feel rushed. He explains blood work and treatment options in incredible detail, answers every question, and has even called me in the evening to personally discuss test results. That level of care and dedication is almost unheard of.
I also want to recognize his amazing staff. Raquel, Andrea, and everyone at the clinic are always so kind, patient, and genuinely caring. Whether they're drawing blood, collecting urine samples, trimming nails, or giving one of my cats a sanitary trim, they handle each cat with such compassion and professionalism. You can tell they truly love what they do.
I've trusted Dr. Ash and his team with my cats for many years, and I wouldn't trust anyone more. They treat every one of my cats as if they were their own, and that means the world to me.
And here's the highest compliment I can give him: if Dr. Ash ever moved to Timbuktu... I'd be pricing moving trucks the same day. That's how much I trust him.
Thank you, Dr. Ash, Raquel, Andrea, and the entire team for the exceptional care you've given my furry family over the years. You are all simply the best.

He is the only vet I know that truly cares for your pets well being and is realistic and reasonable with treatment options. He was patient with our dogs who were terrified of vets, understood their body language and how to approach. And with my dog who has no fear of the vet, he gets right to it and still treats my boy with respect. We will never go to another vet again! 🙏❤️

The staff is very friendly, and they also speak Spanish, which makes communication much easier for many families. Overall, I had a positive experience and felt well taken care of. We will continue to monitor my dog's health and recovery.
It would be amazing if you had the prices displayed, so I could know what my pet insurance won't cover.
