I’ve been working out here for 7 years and it’s gotten me in shape. Trainers are great and the community keeps me coming back.
I should first say that this review is based on my actual experience and feelings and in no way is it based on the fact that my wife is a trainer at Unlimited Fitness. Actually, I need to clarify, she is the best trainer at Unlimited Fitness. Jokes aside, this gym is awesome and much more than just a place to workout. It really is a family where everyone has a positive attitude and encourages each other to dig deep and push each other to thier limit. Every class is different and challenging! UF is constantly putting together fun activities in the gym and even after hours where members get together to socialize and have some laughs while not sweating in a class. I have gained a lot of strength and confidence in my abilities and have even started to see my dad bod fade away with each class. Anyone looking for a gym with a good neighbor feel and communal camaraderie, must check it out...they have free trials, so no excuses. Try one if Stacie's classes 😉

I came into this class expecting a tough workout, and it absolutely delivered. From start to finish, it was high energy, well paced with a full variety and perfect mix of exercises. The instructors kept us motivated the whole way through with just the right mix of encouragement and tough love (aka burpees when we slacked). What I love most about this class is how every instructor brings their own unique rhythm, energy, and moves to the workout.
