My wife and I have been nothing but pleased with the service. As far as price compared to service quality, Upfront is a no brainer. My neighborhood has a huge problem with wasps, he came out and knocked them all down and finished it off with a pheromone they stay away from. He also took care of the ants/spiders. I’d trust this guy with the keys to my house. When he says no quibble call back, he means it.

After years of dealing with the big national pest control companies, I can honestly say the experience with Upfront Pest has been on a completely different level.
With the larger corporate companies, I always felt like just another account. The service felt rushed, communication was inconsistent, and it seemed like the focus was on selling the next service rather than actually solving the problem.
Upfront Pest is the exact opposite. From the first interaction, it was obvious they genuinely care about their customers. They took the time to explain everything, answered every question, and went above and beyond to make sure our home was protected instead of just checking a box.
It’s refreshing to support a locally owned business that prioritizes hospitality, integrity, and doing great work. If you’re tired of mediocre service from the big companies and want a team that actually takes pride in what they do, I can’t recommend Upfront Pest highly enough.

I started using UPFRONT PEST control in August 2025, utilizing their yearly plan, which includes four visits + if any bugs are spotted inside they will come back out to rectify. Kansas City weather is erratic, with all the rain we’ve had this spring no problems.
Josh has done a great job inside and out. I highly recommend him.
