Gary was absolutely amazing! He was able to fit my Yorkie in at the last minute, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He did a wonderful job, has a great personality, and his place was very clean and welcoming. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about what he does. I’m so happy with the experience and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great groomer. 10/10 — I highly recommend Gary! 🐶❤️

I have 2 dogs. My little guy is almost 10yrs old boston/puggle mix. I also have a 6 year old bully/pit around 65 lbs. I called to explain to Gary my situation where the last groomer we had of at least 5 years refused to have us any more because my little guy started nipping them. My girl pitbull just havent been able to bring her to get her nails done often due to my health issue. Gary said no problem I can help. Bring them down and we will see how it goes. He said its not often but does happen where a dog just wont let him. We'll he got them both done in less time it took me.to explain on the phone. Definitely highly highly recommended. 👌

Gary is absolutely amazing. He has helped me many times, especially last minute, and always shows up with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. As a pet owner, it means everything to know that someone treats your dog like their own, and Gary truly does that. Most recently, I needed urgent help while recovering from surgery, and he was there without hesitation. His reliability and compassion make such a difference, especially during vulnerable moments. Biscuit always comes back happy, clean, and well cared for. I can’t recommend Gary enough. If you’re looking for someone you can trust completely with your pet, he is the one.

My first and now my future groomer!👏🏾👏🏾 Called Gary last minute for an appointment and he fit me in on the middle of the store's rehab. I paid close attention while he took about 15 minutes to give my dog a light head massage and rubs staring into my dogs eyes letting her know, I am a stranger, but I am your friend, you can trust me! This helped to ease some of my dog's concerns.❤️ Because this was not an easy cut by far because my dog had gone through some skin allergy issues and did not want to be touched in some areas. But Gary got the job done being determined, yet VERY SWEET and PATIENT with our very skiddish dog. And the cut came out really nice! She also smelled AMAZING! His prices are comparable which I appreciated.😊 Thank you Gary for accepting us into The UpNorth Family.

Gary was our groomer and was very patient with my dog Lola. Lola was nervous at first but Gary took her in and she came out very clean and beautiful. He listened to what I asked to be done for Lola especially the cutting around the face and taking the mats off her ear. Will be coming here soon :)

I really liked how he does his job, he is meticulous in the cut and leaves my dog ​​clean, I recommend him
