Chris and his team were awesome. Chris took his time helping us design our deck, offering some tips that we didn't even consider. He also worked with my landscaper so that my gutter downspout could be buried under the deck before he started building. His crew took good care making sure that my lawn was protected while working and cleaned up after themselves daily. The deck turned out better than we expected and we're looking forward to spending a lot of time out there (already sat by the fire pit :) ). On his final visit, Chris answered a couple of questions and offered his help any time. I would definitely recommend.

Chris bailed me out of a jam at a fair price. We hired a different contractor to build our deck and the guy was terrible and lazy (Seven Bridges Carpentry: stay away!). Chris and his guys (Martin and his son are pros) picked up where the other guy left off and quickly finished the deck. Chris is a professional, communicates well, and you'll be quite happy with the work of UpperDeck. I highly recommend this company!

We had a great experience working with the Upper Deck team. Every aspect of the job was done in a professional way and we are totally pleased with our new deck. UD was great to work with from start to finish! We recently had a new pool put in and Chris was quick to respond to our messages and was very patient with us when we were going back and forth on the colors, design, and size. He kept us informed of the timeline and if things had to change he would call to let us know right away. We had a deck built and it was damaged by another company doing work on our cement patio. We called Chris and sent a picture of the damaged deck. Chris matched up the color of the original deck. He got us an estimate quickly and set up an appointment for repair. Mike came out and did a GREAT job. Thank you for your prompt service. It made a seemingly bad situation as if it never happened.

We have needed our deck resurfaced since moving in over 10 years ago. We dreaded dealing with contractors and even getting quotes. One call to UpperDeck and I felt like we made the right choice. From setting up an appointment for a quote to the start of work everything was easy and stress free!
When the work started, I was nervous but that quickly faded when Mike’s craftsmanship skills were seen in action. It was clear that we were in good hands. He was thorough and took his time as if it was his own property. Despite rain and some thunderstorms he kept on.
When everything was complete, we couldn’t be happier. We enjoy morning coffee and meals on our no maintenance, beautiful new deck all thanks to UpperDeck.
