UpStage Design & Home Staging

A friend referred me to Tracy and her staff and my experience with Upstage was phenomenal. The designer worked with me every step of the way communicated how their design would be formulated to yield a higher sales price. My agent was also exceptionally pleased with their team, as they were in and out of the property in 3 hours. They were fast, responsible, complete, professional, and accommodating with their work. I've heard of horror stories with other companies, that included missing appointments, taking 3 days to stage, no communication, etc. So if you're looking to get your home staged quickly and easily, id definitely recommend upstage.

Great service, excellent furniture

I've used Upstage Design SF multiple times and have always been impressed. Tracy and her team pay meticulous attention to detail, transforming spaces into inviting showcases. Their professionalism and flexibility make the process seamless, and they can work within any budget or style preference. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to enhance their property's charm.

The team at Upstage SF was incredibly helpful in making our projects stand out on the market. They were always very responsive and flexible despite our last-minute requests sometimes. Their professionalism shone through in every detail, from the initial consultation to the last step of a project making the entire process stress-free. Highly recommend them to anyone seeking a top-notch staging team in the Bay Area!

Amazing service from Trace & the team!! We had a last minute need to flip a dingy room off of our shop into a space that we can bring investors to demo our product. We called Trace and she was there 4 hours later to do a walk through, and then the NEXT MORNING with all of the stuff!! The room looked great. We showed her our website before hand so she can get a sense of the aesthetic of our branding, and she NAILED it. We will be using Upstage in the future, and are looking forward to having them help with some permanent office furniture!

I recently engaged Upgstage Design for staging services for my property, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. While I had high hopes for a polished and appealing presentation, I encountered several instances of unprofessional behavior that left me disappointed.

Upstage is always a pleasure to work with. Tracy, Serena and the team are great. My clients are always thrilled by their work and designs. Reasonable pricing, fantastic service.

I highly recommend Upstage. All their staffs are very professional and their designs and staging looks great!

Team Upstage is amazing! Great quality, professional, friendly, responsive and so much more! All qualities I look for in a staging team! Thank you again and I look forward to working together soon!

I'm a Realtor and have worked with numerous stagers. I can attest that Tracy and her team are true professionals and are all you can ask for in a stager. They were communicative, accommodating and always have great designs regardless of the space they are working with. The last home Upstage Design staged for me received accolades all around. But ultimately, results speak louder than anything else. We received multiple offers and even exceeded our sellers expectations. We attribute a large portion of the very successful sale to how the home was showcased by Upstage Design. I would highly recommend Upstage Design to anyone looking for a stress free process.
