Urban sense did my wedding florals- bridal bouquet, family corsages, and boutonnieres. I cannot express how amazing this experience was. First off, it was easy to order with them, and the staff is personable, kind, and helpful. They worked with me to easily create a gorgeous bouquet. They were communicative every step of the process and the florals turned out AMAZING. I have been receiving so many compliments on them!!!
Please please use Urban Sense for your wedding florals!

Wife was there yesterday afternoon and guy was extremely rude. He was on a call and told her he wasn’t sure when it would end so he couldn’t help. She asked him multiple times for an estimate on how long it would take to be done with call and he kept saying he didn’t know and there was no one else in store to help. He asked her to come back after her telling him she lives 30 minutes away.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry your wife was frustrated by her experience with us. We are a small business, and while we always do our best to accommodate everyone, there are times when we aren’t able to help a customer immediately. When your wife stopped in, I was finishing an order with a bride on the phone and also had other orders ahead of hers that I was completing. I explained that I wasn’t sure exactly when I would be finished because I didn’t want to give her a time estimate that I couldn’t guarantee. We completely understand that living 30 minutes away made coming back another time inconvenient, and we’re sorry for that. We do our best to balance helping customers who walk through our door with taking care of the orders that are already in progress.
I’m also sorry if my communication came across as rude or dismissive. That was never my intention. I simply wanted to be honest about the timing rather than make a promise I couldn’t keep. We truly appreciate everyone who supports our small business. We’re grateful for the opportunity to serve our customers and will always do our best to be honest, fair, and respectful to everyone who walks through our door.

The guy on the phone wasn't very conversational, but I asked for last minute flowers, gave him a budget, left it to his expertise to make the order, went, paid, and left. Didn't need 5 star service, just flowers.

I love this place. It's like walking into a little plant paradise. Everything is well-tended and they carry the most beautiful planters to complement gorgeous, healthy plants. If you buy a plant and pot together, they'll even pot it for you in store at no extra charge ❤️

From the beginning, Dan was so easy to work with. He had such great communication and was always on top of things whenever I needed anything. He was so helpful during the whole wedding planning Process helping my husband and I choose the type of flowers we wanted. Anytime I would send him a vision he would let me know what would work and what wouldn’t based on how much we wanted to spend.
