They’re always very helpful and try to be cost effective, giving you different options. I’ve taken my 1.5 yr old dog here 2x for 2 diff things, and they are so competent and caring. I would send any of my friends here.

Naydah was our vet tech. She was so kind and good with our dog from intake and vital signs to imaging. Dr. Palgrave was amazing as well! She is the most kind and thorough doctor that has ever treated my dog. I can’t say enough good things about her! She understands that your fur baby is a member of your family who is so special and loved. She knows that when your fur baby is having problems it is scary and stressful. She was thorough in her explanation of my dog’s diagnosis and the thought process behind it. She showed me the X-rays and explained the findings. Then went through management of the diagnosis. She talked about the medications that are used and the purposes behind them. She gave me warning signs to look out for that would necessitate a return visit. She was patient with me and answered all my questions even when I asked a few twice. The clinic was so busy that we had a descent wait time beforehand and were there until after closing, yet she never once made me feel rushed. She was also worth the wait as she gave you all of her attention when it was your time. I honestly felt that we were her only patient. We were so lucky to have had her as our doctor that night! Thank you so much Dr. Palgrave!

I was overall very impressed with this location. I was out of town and my chi was felling a bit under the weather. The clinic was very clean with refreshments available. The team was prompt, courteous, and took time to make our pet feel comfortable before they began the exam. She's feeling much better so I'd say they did their job well.

Wonderful! Caring staff, knowledgeable Vets that have my fur babies their most important clients whenever we go,( quite a few times unfortunately). The hours are very convenient and they have many locations . My Daisy got a nasty snake bite in her eye but the staff got her all taken care of and out of pain

They took care of my Loki like he was their own. Wonderful and knowledgeable staff. Kim and Dr. Diamond were amazing. I would highly recommend for any of you fur babies emergencies.

Dr. Zeitler and Nadyah were amazing at Urgentvet. They were so gentle with my boy Oscar and suggested I take my cat to the ER immediately. They were calm and caring and they called ahead to make sure I was attended to when I walked in. I would definitely come here with my pets

Efficient, patient, and caring staff. Clean office. Presented care options and follow up options in order of importance. Medium expensive but to be expected with urgent care. Would go again if we ever needed to.

I was recommended to UrgentVet by my dog’s veterinary practice as his accident happened at night after hours. I did have to wait awhile, which is expected, but my dog received excellent care. His care instructions were very comprehensive and thorough. Not being familiar with the practice. I felt very confident my dog was in good hands. I even received a phone call a couple of days later inquiring how he was doing. My return visit to remove stitches went seamlessly and I would recommend this practice highly.
