Scheduled an urgent online appointment with this group after the veterinary group, I have used for eight years, refused twice to work my very sick cat into their schedule. UrgentVet saw and diagnosed her within 3 hours. I will forever be grateful to them for the excellent help. Vet and her assistant were so professional, kind and sympathetic to our medical needs.
Took my orange tabby in to be seen because he was wheezy and it’s better to be safe than sorry. They got me in, no problem after booking my slot on the website. The tech and the vet checked him out and the vet said he was probably having a feline herpes flare up.because his lungs and heart were fine and he was pretty normal acting otherwise. I was relieved! Both the tech and the vet were super friendly and informed me of everything they were doing. Even asking permission to lift him to get his weight. I would completely recommend them to anyone! After a Saturday injury, we were able to call and bring our pup same day. The staff was incredibly sweet and helpful to our dog who was nervous, and quickly evaluated him and got him the medicine he needed. Thank you so much!

Dr. McLamb, Ms. Fig, and genuinely all the staff, but especially them both were incredible! We came in late with our cat worrying the worst. They never once made us feel rushed, listened to all of our questions. Urging us to know it was the right decision due to the concerns. Walked us step by step on how to administer care. Handled her with gentleness and like she was their own fur baby. Genuinely the best treatment that has ever been received by a vet or urgent care combined!

Being the pet owner of several animals for numerous years, unfortunately I have had to use emergency vets for different situations. Most recently I had to bring my dog in and I can’t say enough good things about this practice. I found them online. I was able to check in and they took me as soon as I got there at my scheduled time. They were professional, courteous, and patient the entire time. They explained what they were going to do and did exactly what they said. Also very reasonably priced and didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary tests or other items that other places have done in the past. I highly recommend! If I ever need emergency vet services again, I’ll be sure to use them.

Dr Jaffe and Scot were both fantastic with my Riley. She came in as a total hot mess, but the care, love and attention she received was off the chart. She is a mummie's girl and does not like to go anywhere without me, but instantly she knew she was safe and walked back with Scot. I cannot recommend highly enough.

We had a great experience at UrgentVet after my dog injured his eye. They were able to examine him, prescribe the antibiotics he needed, and have us checked out within an hour, which was such a relief. Dr. Hertzka took wonderful care of my dog. She was so sweet and gentle with him, explained everything clearly, and was genuinely kind. Emily, the assistant, was lovely as well and made the whole visit feel calm and well organized. I’m very grateful for the compassionate, efficient care they provided.

My pup wasn’t feeling well after business hours on a Friday so this was a great alternative to taking him to the ER. They got me in quickly and all of the staff was kind and made my little man feel at ease. His treatment plan was reasonable for his condition and I could tell he was feeling better before we left. Very good experience and would recommend this location when circumstances require it.

This is such a great pet urgent care option! I was pleasantly surprised that there was no wait to have our cat seen at 5:30 on a Friday. The exam and treatment plan was thorough and practical! I will definitely think of this clinic first next time we have a pet emergency!
