EDIT: Hello Edit, my wife and I moved our storage unit to their MN 18 location on the advice of Liz because they were raising the rate on our unit at the 371 location 80$->149$. She advised us on this because it would be cheaper in stead of $49->128$ because the location had no gate and was outdoors in the elements to the woods. We said this was okay as we just needed a place to store our things and were happy with this arrangement. Turns out she screwed us because the rate change is “at owners discretion” so they decided to give us a starting rate of 49$ and now are changing it to 128$ 4 months later! This is a shoddy and scummy business practice, we were booking this unit at her advice and were telling her that we couldn’t pay that as we were moving OUT OF STATE and needed a place for our things cheap. Would not recommend, are having to make arrangements for this that is disrupting a lot, and honestly the units are subject to all kinds of things in the winter and are not very well insulated, mice included. Would not pay 128$ for this or work with this company ever again. Liz was super helpful and accommodating when my fiancée and i were trying to switch between locations. The facilities were always clean and secure, and they are also very responsive and helpful at this location!

I had a great experience in my 1+ year in my storage unit. The staff is great - friendly, helpful, professional. When the "system" generated rate increases, the site manager went to bat for me and helped negotiate more reasonable rates. The site itself is well maintained, safe and secure. Great experience!
