Many reviewers highlight reasonable pricing and clear communication throughout the process, noting that employees are responsive to client needs. However, some low-star reviews describe issues with installation errors, such as damage to existing fixtures or debris left behind, as well as difficulties reaching store management for resolution.

Great Job! The installers Brandon and Xavier were great! Very polite and did a beautiful job. They ensured that the subfloor was level and sanded down the spots that weren't. The new floorinf looks great

Adrian was top notch in his communication with me from start to finish. Carlos knocked out 400 sq feet of lvp in less than a day. Will work with USA in the future.

We had a great experience with Adrian and his team. We found the exact tile that we were looking for, installation only took two days, and the price was very reasonable. The crew did a fantastic job! We are already planning our next project with them.

Eric helped ease our minds! We went to several stores looking for the perfect flooring for our basement and he was the first one that cared and was knowledgeable about the flooring. He listened to our needs. Would recommend them to anyone!

USA Flooring was amazing to work with. The whole staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I had a tight budget and Josh worked with me until I found something that was perfect for my budget. USA Flooring was more economical for me than Lowe’s or Home Depot with the bonus of having a person that I could contact at any my time for help. Installation was quick and professionally done too.

Atenoya Morris was our sales consultant. I am so impressed with her knowledge in flooring, ordering materials, setting up installation Demo the carpet to replace with LVP. Following up to make sure we were pleased with the results. I would highly recommend using Atenoya for your flooring needs and Brandon one of their installers. Here are before and after photos.
